Weight loss quick tip #1



It's a midnight musing!


Imagine, you're blindfolded, stripped of all your tech, dropped in a random location and told to make your way to...


Let's say Scotland!


What do you reckon your chances are?


I'm guessing that they'll be pretty slim!


Now imagine that same scenario, however this time I tell you the location that I've dropped you in...


Let's say Oxford.


How do you rate your chances this time?


Slightly higher I'm sure but without your tech, it's still going to be pretty tough!


OK...


Last scenario!


I tell you where you need to be, I tell you where you currently are, including postcodes. I also give you a map... Joking of course, you get your tech back, so you can now use your sat nav to find the best route.


Think you could make it to Scotland now? I reckon so!


So, what's my point here...


Well, when it comes to weight loss, you cannot expect to achieve the results that you want if you:


A) Are not clear on where you currently are


And


B) You don't decide upon a goal that's realistic for you


If you are clear on those 2 things it's then much easier to plot a route from A to B that is suitable for YOU!
