Yeah, you read that right! It is 100% possible to lose weight whilst still enjoying your life! How? It's all about what I call, flexible planning. It sounds super sexy I know, but it's the simple things that are the most effective when it comes to transformational weight loss. Before every 28 day phase of your coaching starts with me, we have an in person deep dive meeting to plan. Your calendar becomes my calendar. We distribute your calories and any workouts around your work and/or social calendar. Then, every week throughout the 28 day phase, we check-in with a coffee to tweak because let’s face it, life happens and no matter how much we plan, things can always change at the last minute!
This is the first thing I've tried for my weight and actually seen through. Dan made it so easy to stay on track and get to the end of the 3 months. I lost over a stone and had to buy a new wardrobe!

Dan has such a calm and considered approach to coaching. It's been an absolute pleasure so far. I'm on week 6 of my initial 12 week programme and not only am I learning a lot but I've also lost 3 kilos. In that time, I've been on holiday, I've been out for dinner that included drinks. I've also, with Dan's encouragement, tried new things like early morning walks and lifting weights in the gym.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL GET!
121 KICKSTART - This is our first step, we'll sit down, 121, and take a detailed look at where you are right now, where you want to be and what it'll take to make your goal happen. This is where we will also complete a simple movement assessment and the optional body scan.
Daily accountability - Never worry about getting stuck in a rut or falling off the wagon again. On a daily basis I will be in touch to make sure you have all the necessary support you need to keep moving forward because let's face it, mishaps will be a part of your journey and you will need someone there to pick you up and get you back on the straight and narrow!
Monthly deep dives - Every 4 weeks, we have a more in-depth get together. We reflect on the previous 4 weeks, we rescan and we plan the next 4 weeks. You leave these sessions with the clarity needed to progress through the next 4 weeks and continue making progress.
Inbody scans - We won't settle for a standard set of bathroom scales, they are just not good enough for fat loss. If comfortable doing so, you will jump on my Inbody Scanner which gives us a comprehensive breakdown of what your bodyweight is made up of. We'll see metrics such as fat mass, muscles mass and water weight.
App access - You'll have access to my private coaching app. On here is where you'll have direct contact with me as well as have access to helpful resources stored in the vault, nutrition tracking and workout logging.
MyZone Activity Tracker - You will be given a state of the art MyZone activity tracker for the duration of your coaching with me. Any time you complete a workout, you'll pop this on. This sends realtime data to me about your workout such as average heartrate and duration. No more skipping workouts, your coach is watching!
Bespke nutrition guidance - We'll work together across the duration of your coaching to ensure you're following nutrition protocols that are most suitable to you. This is no 'one size fits all' approach.
Bespoke training programme - If working out with weights is something you would like to do then I can put together a bespoke programme using the information gathered in our initial consultation (this is why we complete a movement assessment).
